After creating the dressing on the stove, we added the kale, mint, chopped pineapple and beans to the pan. We then topped each serving with a broiled pineapple slice.

Re: Randall Apple Bean Bake

Mmmmm... we have been baking this for over 20 years - the recipe was on a jar of beans (still have the original label!). We often substitute BBQ sauce for the catsup. Also cannot imagine baked beans without an onion, so we slice one up and carmalize it in the butter prior to adding the apple .... so good!

Re: White Chicken Chili with Great Northern Beans

You can use either! To substitute ground chicken, just brown it until cooked through and remove from the pan before continuing on with the recipe. Add it back in at the end just like you would the chicken strips. Both ways are equally delicious.

Re: White Chicken Chili with Great Northern Beans

The email says: "Instead of ground beef and red chili beans, we use ground chicken" and the accompanying picture clearly looks that way. However, the recipe calls for chicken breasts cut in strips . . . so which is it? Does it matter?

Re: White Bean and Kale Burgers

Wishing for a low salt version from Randals...today 300 mg is considered high.

Re: Vegan Taco Recipe Featuring Randall Pinto Beans

Love this vegan take on classic tacos!
